GSK: CRM Billing System Integrated into the Online Shop
Researching architectural monuments, conveying cultural heritage, creating identity - since its foundation in 1880, the Society for Swiss Art History (GSK) has been publishing scientifically sound publications on the subject of Swiss architectural culture, which are distributed in its own online shop.
The company and the challenge
With more than 12,000 returning customers and members, the GSK Online Shop is the most important distribution channel for the NGO's publications. Our challenge: A powerful CRM invoicing system integrated into the online shop that can efficiently manage invoices and accounting reports in three languages.

Support of different product types
Development of CRM and online shop based on Drupal Commerce (Drupal 8) and seamless connection to the existing platform in Drupal 7 with high flexibility for the more than 500 different product types in the online shop.
Centralized summary of all internal and international contacts
Development of a customized CRM system for a more efficient and centralized management of internal and international contacts including authorization barriers and user-defined views.
New development Drupal Commerce module for invoice and payment processing
New Walee module that successfully automates invoice and payment requests, reliably supports payments via CC, Paypal and payment slip and generates reminder letters in three languages.
