GSK Case Study
GSK: Integrated CRM Invoicing System in the Online Shop
With over 12,000 recurring customers and members, the GSK online shop is the primary sales channel for the NGO's publications. Our challenge: a powerful, integrated CRM invoicing system that efficiently manages invoices and accounting reports in three languages.
Objective Successfully Achieved:
Support for various product types
Build CRM and online shop based on Drupal Commerce (Drupal 8) with seamless integration into the existing Drupal 7 platform, offering high flexibility for over 500 different product types in the online store.
Centralized summary of all internal and international contacts
Development of a customized CRM system for more efficient and centralized management of internal and international contacts, including permission barriers and customized views.
New Drupal Commerce module development for invoicing and payment processing
New Walee module that successfully automates invoicing and payment requests, reliably supports payments via credit card, PayPal, and payment slips, and generates reminder letters in three languages.
